This morning Trustee McLellan conducted the examination of the female intermediate school in the room on Pennsylrania avenue, opposite the Metropolitan Hotel. ‘Trustees Woodward and Wolf and Prof. Danic!s assisted, and the exercises were of & very interesting character. There are 33 pupils on the roll, 49 of whom were present, and it is fair to presime from the examination this morning that a large number wil be transferred, and these are to be determined by the written examination.
