Stanley, heretofore mentioned in Tas Star, but a correspondent of the Sioux City Journal writes from Camp Canby, on the Yel- lewstone, July 23, and from his letter we extract the following :—‘‘ The bi t stir created on the trip was the arrest of Gen. The jury rendered a verdict after several hours’ deliberation. They find the collision was caused by criminal careless- ness of Edward Bean, conductor, and Joshua Puffenberger, engineer of the coal train, in vi- olating the rules of the railroad company gov- erning the movement of trains.
