Witness went to bed; was awakened by a bright light; went to the door; found the door opposite open and took a chair, with which she turned down the light. She then put a wrapper on; then went on around through the house, going all over it. As she passed Lyon's room she smiled, thinking that he was in there, being confident that he had not left the gly, Heard a noise; ran up the steps: saw Lyon just as the door flew open. Witness ran back and called Martiu, the night watchauan went back and saw Curtis, and told him to stop them from scuiting, and she laid down beside Mre. Curtis.
