"In announcing his opinion bis honor said that he had examined all the evidence in the suit for divorce between the partics and had come to the conclusion that the mother of the child was the only one who had aright to it. He referred briefly to the deceptions which had been practiced upon her and to the villainousoutrage which he said had been perpetrated upon her by Frank Burr, and the detective who entered her rooms and by force and stratagem took her infant from her arms while it was aged about 2 weeks.
