It divides the District of Columbia, for school purposes, into three dis- tricts, namely: Washington, Georgetown, and the suburban district. Washington is divided into four sub-districts, according to the present division of the city, to be under the control of a board of twelve directors, to be apyzinted by the Governor and contirmed by both ases of the Legislative Assembly, to be residentsof the sub- districts Jor which iheyare appointed. George- town and the suburban district are placed anier three directors, each to be appointed as the Washin, directors are appointed.
