INCREASE OF NATIONAL BANK CURRENCY Under the act of Congress of July 12th, increasing the volume of notional bank cireu! tion fitty-four millions of dollars, the Comp- troller of the Currency, up to this date, has awarded to banks in States entitled thereto $1,827,*30. PROCLAMATION OF NEUTRALITY.—President Grant was not officially notitied by the State Department untii Wednesday, that M. The latter evac nated Weissenburg. Telegraphic communication with Weissenburg has been re-established.
