Soon afterwards the committee submitted theit report, which was first read as a whole, then by sections and amended, when it was again read entire, and adopted. [The constitution fixes the name of the asso- clajon as the Landiord’s Association of the District of Columbia, and shall have for its object the protection of the mutual interests of the members thereof. The members shall be Tesidents of the United States aud twenty-one years of age, and owners of real estate or their agents in the District of Columbia. Each mem- ber signing the constitution shall obligate him - self to pay bis dues in advance, and to falfill all the réqairements of those articles. Each member shall pay the sum ot $1 or $2.50. as Monthly dues, according to the value or the property owned by him, and upon joiuing shall ay an ivitiatton fee of su cents.
