ROaD.—The President haviog accepted the Teport of the Government Commissioners of toe Union Pacific Railroad on the 28th section, just completed, extending from the 760th to the 70th mile post west from Omaha, and about 253 miles this side of Gr-at Salt Lake City, bas directed that the bonds and patents be issued to the company, and the Secretary of the ‘Treasvry to-day issued the bonds, smounting to $6*0,CC0.
