The other was led out at the end of the exca- vation bat little hur pauskedc ieee FIGHTING —Stephen Johnson and Walker Hamlain, colored, were arrested by Officer Loring this morning, for fighting in the street, and taken before Justice Bates fora hearing. lt appeared in evidence that Stephen Johnson accused Walker Hamlain of living with bis wife, which Walker did not deny, bat said that Jobneon bad deserted her several years since, and he therefore thought hk was fasti- fied in marrying her.
