The President bas directed the issue of a warrant for the pardon of Charlies Teitzen, | convicted at the March term, 1365, of the U.S. Circuit Court tor the southern district of New York tor baving in his possession, with intent to pass the same, counterfeit fractional cur- rency, and sentenced to two years imprison- ment. The pardon has also been ordered of Joseph McCleevy, convicted at the September term, 1564, of the U.S. District Court of Mas- sachueetts, of passing a counterfeit U.S. Treas- ury note, and sentenced to an imprisonment of eight years. INTERNAL REVENUE.—The receipts trom this source to-d&y were $743,191. From the Ist of July, the commencement of the present fiscal year, to October 31, inclusive, the income has amounted to $125,251.53.
