Wiley against Marshal Brown, confirming the verdict of the jury rendered in the court below. The case was tried in the Circuit Court, before Judge Olin, a few months ago, and a verdict rendered for Mrs. Wiley. The counsel for Mr. Brown carried the case before the court im banc, where i was argued by Messrs. Brent and Merrick for the plaintiff, Messrs.
