It appears thats gentleman by the name of Levi Bowers, was engaged in night fishing at the Conococheague, when he caught what he supposed to bean ee]. Without stop- ping to examine it, he cut the head and inned it. Taking it home with the fish he caught, his wife cooked it for breakfast. After eating heartily of their meal, Mr. B. and his wife became deathly sick, and could not account for it.
