Dooley, charged with assault and threats, by Samuel Ireland, Heury Young, John Hodge, and John Waters, all colored. The assanit consisted in the accused, who are the driver and conductor of street car No. 27. (which is jot 8 car for the use of colored persons,) eject- 4ng them from said car.
