The sick man was taken out and the tact was clear that he had the disease, and exposure had prevented its developements on the surface of the skin. Van Raile Freacl’, residents of the city, were unrested by officer Benson, the county police, for guning on Sunday. The case was laid before Justice Giberson, who fined each $5 and costs, and confiscated the two double-barrelled guns they «arried.
