Onraan’s Count —Tuesday, the case of Jobn Law, late of Washington, D.C., agt Loyd N. Roger, executor of Mary Parke Custis, was again brought before the court. The case has been decided upon in this court, and an appeal was taken to the Supreme Court of the United States. The decision of the Or- in’s Court as to the legacies in the will of Parke Custis, was returned, confirmed by the Sapreme Court. The question came up on Tuesday upon a petition asking that the admin- iutrator de bonis nom of Mary P. Custis shall be required to collect and pey over sald legacies, or that his powers be revoked Messrs R I.
