The invitation is to be extended to edi- tors throughout the West, South and Northwest. It is designed that the guests meet at Wheeling, Va.,on the 18 hef April, on which day the Baltimore and Obio will start a special train for Washington, stopping at points of interest sufficiently long to afford views of the stupend- ous scenery and magnificent landscapes on the road by daylight.
