The large ice-house (empty) situated on the margin of the canal basin, near the K street bridge over Rock Creck, and owned by Mr. Mid- dleton, was entirely consumed by fire about 12 o'clock on Satarday night. ‘The tlame was also communicated to two sinall brick tenements close by, belonging to the estate of the late G@.
