Notice is hereby given to the holders of the stock issued pursuant to the act of Congress of 22d July, 1846, that such stock is redeemable by its terms, and will be paid at the Treasury on the surrender of the certificates thereof, on the 12th of November next, when interest thereon will cV5ase.
