Befcre she was rescued and the flames extinguished she suffered acute burns over most of her body. Tomorrow, Roberta will celebrate r ninth birthday. And, althoughg is bedridden at the Mt. Edge- cumbe Medical Center, she will have a real birthday party with an extra special guest, her mother, Mrs. sigurd Jackson, who planned to leave by plane for Sitka today to be with Rokerta on her birthday. On the plane with Mrs. Jackson will go a fine birthday cake to mark the occasion. “She has been a wonderful girl 1l through everything,” Mr. and Mrs. Jackson said yesterday as they talked about the months of hos- ptalization their daughter has undergone. The long process of skin grafting still goes on and thel youngster continues to get peni-{ cillin shots every three hours. “She has had more than 100 blcod transfusions,” her father com- mented.
