VANDENBERG ‘IN GOOD ATTACK, RUSSIAN POLICY (By The Associated Press) Senator Arthur Vandenberg of Michigan has combined a speech supporting Governor Dewey with a general review of two-party foreign poncy program. Vandenberg also dis- {cussed the Berlin _situation in . a iradio talk last night. | ‘ Vandenberg said that "Americans object to what he called _“'.rm\sspar-il cnt Soviet duplicity” in the recent; four-power negotiations. The Re-| publican Senator also attacked Rus-| sian rejection of our efforts to.end the blockude and “to restore four- power trahquility on & live-and-let- live basis.” !
