NOODLE MERINGUE PUDDING k 21 cups alt : noodles extract alade or jam 5a Scald milk in top of double boiler. Add % cup sugar, salt, and noodles. Cook over boiling water 20 minutes. Beat egg yol to noodle mixture while Cook 2 minutes, stirring stant- ly. Add vanilla extract and pour into one-quart casserole. Spread with marmalade or jam. Beat egg chites stiff. Gradually add % cup beating it in to make a gue. Spread on pudding. ake in moderate oven (350°F.) 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Yield: 4 servings.
