Youths Sentenced To Federal Prison Three New York State youths, who were arrested here some time ago and charged with breaking into the Bayview Fill- ing Station, were sentenced to one year and 10 months in a fed- eral, penitentiary when they ap- peared in Miami Federal Court yesterday. The youths were Otto Langalo, 23, Allen J., Hughes, 19, and Charles Dillon, 18, all of Potts- dam, N. Y., who were transfer. red from the sheriff’s office here to the FBI and charged with violation of the National Vehicle Theft Act by transporting a stolen car from New York to Florida. The three pleaded guilty in Federal Court.
