Twenty - Passenger White to Be Used on Douglas Run and for Tourists Included in the large consign- ment of freight brought to Ju- nedu on the steamer Victoria was 4a new 20-passenger White bus for the: Farthest North Gray - Line company. The new addition to the Gray Line equipment in this vi- cinity is upholstered in plush and is one of the finest passenger mo- tor vehicles operated on the Coast. The new bus will be operated on the Douglas run upon the com- pletion of the Douglas Island bridge and will also be used in ,the tourist business during the summer months, according to ‘George A. Lingo, President of the Farthest North Gray Line com- pany. He purchased the new equip- ment during the winter while he was in San Francisco. ————— - " MRS. SUNICK DIES SUDDENLY, TACOMA | A radio received today by Mrs.| Edith Bavard advised her of the sudden death'of ‘Mrs.-J. M. Sunick, following an emergency operation in a Tacoma [iospital. Mr. Sunick left on the last Norco to be at his wife’s bedside but he will not ar- rive in Seattle until tonight. Funeral services will be held in Tacoma on Monday, according to the advices from Mrs. Jacobs, , mother of Mrs. Sunick. | Mr. and Mrs. Sunick ‘have been residents of Juneau since 1930 and made their home in the California Grocery Apartments.
