West, United States Bureau of Fisheries, is due to arrive in port tonight enroute to Kodiak for the summer patrol work. It sailed from Wran- gell at 8 a. m. today. On its arrival here, Capt. Clyde I Dell. of the Teal will be trans- ferred to the Eider and Capt. Roy Cole will resume command of the Teal which will operate in the Juneau district this season. The latter vessel probably will sail for Sitka early next week to go on seal patrol.
