It added that the agreement fully satisfies the Union and should re- sult in rise in copper prices. The text has been sent to the Government Printing Office n Washington and printed copies will be available for distribution to in- terested parties shortly after Janu- ary 1, it was announced. No intimation was given as to changes made from regulations that were in effect this year.
