It added that the agreement fully satisfies the Union and should re- sult in rise in copper prices. Officials of the Union, however, denied any definit> solution has been reached, saying the confer- ences are likely to last another week. . BOY LEAVES HOSPITAL Robert S. McDougall, Walter ‘Barron, Ray Walker, William Strong, Arthur Hedman and Ray Rice, all of the Takue. e REGULATIONS ON FISHERIES AR GIVEN APPROVAL Regulations governing the Alaska fishing' industry, except halibut, were approved and signed yester- day by the Secretary of Commerce, according to telegraphic advices received at local headquarters of the United States Bureau of Fish- eries. The text has been sent to the Government Printing Office n Washington and printed copies will be available for distribution to in- terested parties shortly after Janu- ary 1, it was announced. No intimation was given as to changes made from regulations that were in effect this year.
