C. A. Glass- cock ‘and Purser Joseph L. Large of thé Alaska Steamship Company, éxperienced an uneventful voyage north. She called at Juneau last night, arriving at 6:30 o'clock and departing, by way of Haines and Skagway, for Seward at midnight. This is the Victoria's first voy- age to Southeast and Southwest Alaska this year. The last time she was in these waters was early in December last year. Last sum- mer, as in many previous summers, she was on the Seattle-Nome run. fierlng Sea navigation being clesed, she was lald up for the winter in Seattle when called on to take the Seattle-Seward run of the steamship Alameda, after the lat- {ter had been put out of commission by fire at her wharf in the Puget Sound metropolis. REGEIPTS LIGHT, BUT SHIPMENTS OF FISH HEAVY, Fifteen hundred pounds of fresh- 1y caught king salmon were brought to Juneau today. Thirty thousand pounds of frozen and eight tierces of mild cured fish were shipped H to markets south. Receipts consisted of 1,000 pounds caught by the T 3832, Capt. Ole Frisvold, and 500 pounds by the Addington, Capt. Sivert Anderson. Both catches were purchase by the Juneau Cold Storage Company. The shipments were made on the motorship Northland. They were comprised of 30,000 pounds of fro- zen king salmon from the Cold Storage Company to the Atlantic and Pacific Packing Company in Brooklyn, N. Y., by way of Prince Rupert, B. C, 4 tierces of mild cured salmon from the Cold Stor- age Company to the Atlantic and Pacific at Ketchikan, whence it will be transhipped to the States, and four tierces of mild cured sal- moen by E.
