Court Takes Waif He gets 4 job in a steel miil, but the children’s court takes his waif- chdrge away.' He becomes impli- cated in crime again and the story goes into a whirlwind of action, shot through with dramatic events. Dix is the reformed gangster and Jackie Cooper is the waif. ’MIGKEY MDUSE GOLDEN WEST CLUB WILL SEE| GIRL APPEARS ‘DONOVAN'S K1D' AGAIN TONIGHT *Too Young*t?Marry' Will Be Shown Tomorrow at Coliseum “The Girl of the Golden West,” ! starring Ann Harding, will be| shown for the last itmes tonlght at the Coliseum theatre. “Too Young to Marry,” with Virginia Sale in the leading role, will be the |offering tomorrow only, the first presentation being at the afternoon matinee, which will start at the usual time, 2:30 o'clock. “Going Wild,” featuring Joe E. Brown will headline the program for Sunay, and this program will be previewed at the matinee at 1 o'clock tonight. At the regular performance to- night, Rex Parrott at the organ will play three selections, “Novel- ette,” “Dizzy Fingers” and “Heart at Thy Sweet Voice.” Two Women In Cast Although “The Girl of the Gold- | en West” ‘18 essentially a great love story, based on a man's regener- ation through a woman's love, the| cast ‘contains only two women. And one of these women appears in only one scene! However; one woman in a love story is all that is necessary—if it is the right woman, and in this case it happens to be, for it is Ann Harding, wistful blond beauty. James Rennie plays opposite her, and Harry Bannister takes a highly jmportant role as Jack Rance, sheriff and gambler. John Francis Dillon directed this First National and Vitaphone production.
