He is seeking an injunction to re- strain the issuance by the Federal Power Commission for waterpower rights on Swan Lake. Jones élaims that he acquired title to 480 acres of land involved in the project and alleges that the issugnce of the license would de- prive him of his rights. He alleges he acquired his title from native Indians residing on Revillagigedo Island. Officials of the Power Commission, against whom the’ac- |tion is directed, said that official records did not show that the na- tive Indians ever owned the island.
