Juneau time. This morning an area of high barometer covers most of Alaska with one low off the Aleutians moving inland, and another lying over the coast from British Columbia to California. Heayy rain fell at Dutch Harbor and light amounts of precipitation at Cordova, Eagle and over Southeastern Alaska. Except in the North and parts of the Interior, the temperatures over the Territory are warmer this morning. The weather over the Pacific Northwest is still clear and colder, the thermometer reaching 18 and 20 degrees at Portland and |Seattle respectively this morning.
