To Hold Meeting at Grangeville! Qn Saturday, April 19 the Idaho! County Farm Byreau will hold its’ annual meeting in Grangeville at’ the court house. The purpose is. to complete the organization of! the farm Bureau, adopt a consti-! tution decide on a ‘program: of work for the coming year, elect officers to carry out this program. In the morning a joint meeting of the program of work committee, the nominating committee and the executive committee will be held. At noon the entire farm bureau | will take. dinner together if ar-| rangements for seating all of them can be made, In the afternoon Dean Iddings of the Agriculture College, Univer- sity of Idaho will give the address of the day. He will speak on the new way: of cooperation with the farmers of the state thru the farm bureau plan and give therelation- ship that exists between the farm- ers of a county, the aricultural college of the state and the U.S. department of agriculture in the farm bureau. Dean Idding is well known in Idaho county and it is hoped that a.large number of farmers will be in attendance to hear him. President Warnacut of the Lewis | County Farm Bureau will also address the convention on: farm bureau work as the farmers see it| in Lewis county. — The business that will be trans-; acted in the afternoon will include the adoption of a constitution, the selection of a program of work, the election of officers and the outlining of a budget to carry on the work in cooperation with the agricultural college and the U. S: department of agriculture. Delegations representing every community of the county have been especially urged to attend so a fair representation may be had in the transaction of business. In addition to farm bureau members and delegates other farmers are especially invited-to-be- present : and join in the discussion of the year’s work, R. R. Groninger, who assisted with the organization of the Idaho County Farm Bureau and W. Kjosness, representing the exten- sion department of the agricultral college will arrive in Grangeville, April|15 to aid in preparations for, the meeting.
