The story loses.its connect- odness and becomes uninteresting. Without wearying the reader with a long statement of dry facts which have lost thoir freshness from this point, we mey summarize what follows, by stating that it shows in *detail tho length, and breadth, and depth of all the proceding allogs~ tions, and calls on the Gourt to give relief in all the matters related. Itisnot mecessary to re- peat the particular legal processes prayed forj it is sufficient to know that the boirs of John Bostwick have gono into chancery for the owner- | ship of the entire lands named, and taken tho i i wholo of the owners with them.
