A most singular bill in chancery was yesterday filed in the Superior Conrt. Catherine M. Mil- ler, who was divorced from her husband, Orrim 3L Miller,—a pertner, when living, in the whols- eale hardware firm of McDonald Bros. & Miller, —in July last, sues against Susan Miller, late 3rs. Robexts, who married Mr. Miller after the divorce with the first wife had been consam- mated, for possessior. of the estate loft by the husband of both, he baving died on the 8th of this month.
