( ie ve ELK’S FORMAL DANCE 1S NEW YEAR'S EVENT WHE SOCIAL SPOTLIGHT of the week is centered upon the for- mal dancing party which will be given by members of the local Blk’s lodge on New Year's eve, the affair to be one of the most brilliant par- tles of the season. The auditorium will be made attractive through the use of varied and elaborate decora- tlons in keeping with the season, and special entertainment features have been planned to make it one of the most pleasing parties ever given by the local organization.
