The Fidelity and Deposit company, of Maryland, and the National Surety company of New York,‘joint owners of a bank draft amounting to $2,188, which they allege in a preferred claim ‘ainst the First National Bank> of Manville, The plaintiffs also seek the trial costs., The case of William Stearns va.
