The Scout leaders of Casper wish to keep up the great work that has become so much to the youth of our city in the past few years. The cares of these workers are heavy in the regular order of the work for It is no small job.to look after the moral welfare of some 500 growing lads. The ordinary routine of scout- ing is hampering to any business man and to be further retarded tn this work for which they receive no pay other than the sense of having done their duty, by bolshevik ts dis- heartening.
