E. Thomas, to secure the note of said executor to said M. F. Thomas, dated said December 31, 1924, and due on or before three years after its date, with interest at 7 per cent per annum, in the said sum of $11,563.47 and that said executor be authorized, om- powered and directed to execute and deliver the said note, and ex- ecute, acknowledge and’ deliver said mortgage, which mortgago will be subject to a certain mort- gage from said Anna M. Thomas to the Casper Mutual Building and Loan association as described in said petition and to execute and deliver such other papers as shall be lawful and necessary to procure said loan, reference being made to the said petition filed herein on December 15, 1924, and now on file in the above entitled estate for further particulars, and that this order be published for four successive weeks in The Casper Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation published in said Natrona County, Wyoming.
