Unless the so-called tenderfoot reaches the stage where he is willing to respect the rights and privileges of property owners and the pubtic in general, it may be necessary to ask the Interior department to close Pathfinder dam and the country adjacent to the dam controlled by the government, to all sightseers and sportsmen as that seems to be the only way that prop- erty may be fully protected if depre- dations continue in the vicinity of Pathfinder dam. FISHING PRIVILEGES ARE ABUSED BY MANY; DRASTIC ACTION SEEN It has been called to the atten. tion of the Casper Motor club that many Natrona county people do not respect the rights of ranchmen and other property owners when they go fishing, and unless the so-called tenderfeet do hereafter respect the rights of ranchmen and property owners, the Casper Motor club will advocate that such ranchmen and property owners show no courtesy whatever to offenders. The Casper Motor club has re- cently posted a reward of $25.00 for evidence leading to the arrest and conviction of any parties throwing or dumping garbage or refuse along the established highways of Natrona county, which act is a misdemeanor ; tinguished bonfires that may after- wards be fanned into flame by the breeze and start a fire that would be a menace to the timber on Cas- per mountain.
