Crail's court here today to plead to a charge of murder, three of assault with intent to commit murder, and four of rob- bery, but a legal argument blocked proceedings and the hearing was ad- dourned until Thursday. A prosecution motion to add the name of Mrs. Jennie Thomas, sister of McCoy, to the lst of witnesses on the county grand jury indictment precipitated an argument when de- fense counsel objected to the mo- tion and adjournment was taken be- fore the defense was able to make its own heralded motion attacking the, indictment.
