This $300,000 fund will care for additions now being. built and these additions will care for all pupils at the next term of school. There is at the present time $500,000 in cask to cover the. - cost of the new Junior high school building, in the local banks. The people are paying interest on this money and have been for the, past 18 months. This money should be.used immed- iately if there is any need for a new high school. These two funds-makes $800,000 which the taxpayers are carrying at the present time to be used for school. purposes and the new buildings in 1924. If the Taxpayers do not wake up and take an interest -in these elections and bond issues,.you will wake up one of these days with a very sick feeling. WHY SHOULD CASPER WRECK THE PRESENT HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING? Cities the size.of Casper get along nicely with buildings not as.good:as those in Casper. - WHY SHOULD CASPER TAXPAYERS BE ASKED TO SPEND NEARLY A MILLION FOR HIGH BCHOC fi BELD- *INGS? THE ANSWER IS: EXTRAVAGANCE AND POOR WORK- MANSHIP, POORLY ARRANGED SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND WASTE OF SCHOOL ROOM. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS WASTE TO CONTINUE then vote against the ever increasing appropriations.
