He can make little progress afoot be- cause of the bullet Sheriff Collyer put through his leg last week. Hill was seaqfenced in 1922 from four to five years in the penitentiary for motorcycle theft here. After the theft he rode the stolen machine to northern Wyoming where he was caught near Buffalo. The capturing officer. ordered.him to ride the motorcycle slowly, ahead of _ his to Buffalo. Instead Hill ed up, ran the machine, into a ditch and fled qn foot.
