WHEREAS, the hearing of the assessment rell, as filed in the of- fice of the City Clerk of the Cit of Casper, Wyoming, on the 14t day of April, A. D. 1923, for the paving of streets and portions of streets in the City of Casper, hav- ing been set down and coming on for hearing at eight o’clock in the evening of the 12th day of May, A. D. 1924, at the City Hall on Center Street in the City of Cas- er, and due notice of this hearing Fovieg been given in the manner and for such time provided by Ge and said City Council being calle to hear all objections to said as- sessment roll and sitting as a Board of Equalization for the pur- pose of considering and acting upon said assessment roll and any objections thereto, and there be- ing no objections filed against said assessment roll, it was ac- cordingly ordered that said assess- ment be confirmed.
