SUNDAY, MAY 4, 1924, Crowded House Assured For Opera ’ Sales at Music Store Mean Packed House for Ap- pearance of Chicago Operatic Trio; Reser- vations ‘When the members of the Chicago Operatic trio make their bow to the Casper public at 8:15 o'clock tomor- row night in the America theater a great. crowd will be there to greet them. Tickets which are on sale at the Music Shoppe and the Charles E. ‘Wells Music store have been going fast during the last week and per- sons may obtain reserved seats by applying at the idbby of the theater today. Selections should be made early since only in that way is it Possible to be assured of getting the seats desired. The operatic trio comes here under extremely favorable ~ condi- tions. The starting of music week today creates an atmosphere that is sure to lend interest to the concert which is to come to the America to- morrow. The Casper Women's De- partmental club have been compli- mented from many quarters on the three concerts of this series which have been given during the season" and on the possibility of obtaining the members of the Chicago Civic Opera company for the entertain: ment cf _local music lovers. Pro- ceeds from the concert will go as usual to the milk fund of the De- partmental club. The present con- cert is the fourth and last to be given. The trio includes Myrna Sharlow, Virgillo Lazzari, and Forrest Lam- ont. Myrna Sharlow has one of the finest soprano voices in the country. She has been featured in some of the leading opera troupes and her con- nection with the Chicago Civic Opera company is but another proof A sacred program will be given at 4 o'clock this afternoon at the Church of St. Anthony of which the Rev. Father John}H. Mullin is pastor and the Rev. Father John F. Morton is assistant pastor. ‘Twelve numbers will be given, and persons prorainent in musical circles will take part in these. Miss Marguerite Fitzgerald, organist; Miss Genevieve Fitzgerald, harpist, and Mrs. Margaret Curtz, violinist, have been secured for several of the numbers.
