Comprising all the territory west of Thirty-three Mile Road and north of Platte River, excepting Mills Addition and Mountain View Sub-Division. DISTRICT NUMBER TWO Beginning at the same point as District Number One, thence run- ning east on the north side of the Platte River to the Converse County line, thence north to the Johnson County line, thence west to the Casper Kay Cee Road, thence south along the east side of the Kay Cee Thirty-three Mile Road to the place of beginning. Comprising all that territory north of the Platte River and east of the Thirty-three Mile Road excepting Midwest Heights Addition, Ri h- ardson, and Englewood Sub-Divis- ion. DISTRICT NUMBER THREE All that territory south of the Platte River, with the exception of Casper and its sub-divisions, and Evansville. In_ the matter of an alteration of the Yellowstone Highway for an overhead railway crossing at Powder River, Wyoming, being a description of an eighty foot right-of-way for road purposes de- sired for and requested by the State Highway Department of Wyoming.
