Mosher Tire and Service Co. Casper, Wyoming. Attention Mr. Mosher. Dear Mr. Mosher:—Your query, as regards the reason of my selection of Dayton Tires, is one that I feel positive you can answer as well as I. We mutually agree that the propo- sition of driving a motor car under the handicap of blindfold is truly, “a task of delicacy and fortitude.” Safety is the element, paramount in the minds of every motorist or, at least it should be. This combined with the fact that Dayton Tires carry a ten: thousand mile certificate of perfect performance or a new tire should appeal to the pocket book of the auto owner. The construction of the tire you handle is beyond comparison, Before selecting Dayton Tires ag standard equipment for the Jewett, I frankly admit, I tried out many standard makes, ., All of them had good features incorporated in their con- struction yet, these features were always out balanced by a weakness that was detrimental to perfect performance. In a few words I can explain the difference between Dayton Tires and the others I have used. Dayton Tires built to conform to under-inflation give 100 per cent traction, present a non-skid feature not found in other tires. The side walls are so constructed as to prevent rim cut, even when carrying fifty per cent less air pressure than is required in other high priced tires. A blowout is unknown in my experience with them. A visit to the Dayton plant conveys the impression that it is the idea of the manufactur- ers to make the best tires possible, expense being no consideration. In closing I assure you that I shall continue to use Dayton Tires until comes the time that some other manufac- turer perfects a better tire. Wishing you continued success and thanking you for the per- sonal service you rendered me during my stay in Casper, I am, Cordially and sincerely, HAYWARD THOMPSON. cy } ‘Cun HO} Tire & Service Co. | “—“ 333 NORTH WOLCOTT
