FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 1923. Marriage Thursday ‘The marriage of Miss Vera Alm- quist to Paul O. Shelvik took place last evening at 7:30 at the Presby- terian manse, 1103 South Wolcott street, the Rev. Charles A. Wilson officiating. The ring ceremony was used. The couple were attended’ by Mr. and Mrs. L. P. Mathis. The bride was formerly from Omaha, but has been a resident of this city for the last four years, being a nurse at the county hospital. The groom is among the prominent contractors of the city, They will be at home to their friends in their new residence on Tenth and Spruce streets. see Y. W. ©. A. Membership Dinner Reservations are being made at BY MARY TOBIN the office of the Y: W. C. A. for the membership dinner to be given in the cafeteria Monday evening at 7 o'clock. The association is starting on a new year with a larger staff and attempting a more compiete program than has yet been put on Casper. The success of the year will depend largely on the support of the members and a large attend ance is desired at this meeting. The cafeteria is limited in capacity, however, and in order to secure reservations, those who expect to be present must make their reserva- tions at the office not later than Saturday. Church Plans Hallowe'en Party The members of the First Christ- fan church and their friends will lenjoy pretentious and exception- ally planned Hallowe'en festival at #0 p. m., October 30, in the church parlors. There will be games, stunts, 4 fun for young and oid. Masks and costumes will be worn. prize will be given for the person earing the best costume. A prize ill also be given to the person dis- avering the pastor who will be asked and costumed.
