CHEYENNE, Wyo., June 22.—The thirty-minute speech which President Harding is to make here the after noon of June 25 will be. one of the nineteen set addresses he is to make during his journey to. and from Alaska. The address will be delivered from the platform of his train at the Union Pacific plaza, where there will be room for 10,000 people to hear him. Afterward a 45-minute reception will be held at the Plains hotel.
