The candidates for mayor are Scout Roland Nichols, American ticket; Scout Maurice R. Post, Citi- zens ticket, and Scout Waine Hacker, Progressive ticket. The supporters f the Citizens ticket held a rally at the court house last night that drew out a considerable number of scouts and aroused a great deal of interest This is the only public rally that has been held by any of the candidates. but all candidates have been working strenuously to put thelr platforms before the voters and to elicit sup- port in the different troops. As a result practically all the active scouts in Casper are thoroughly familiar with the campaign and have achieved a greater knowledge regarding civic matters than they possessed previous to that time. Each troop will be a precinct for voting this evening. The troop head quarters will be the polls of that pre cinct, and all scouts who are not working down town will be required to vote at the headquarters of their own troop. Boys who are employed in the business district during those hours will be permitted to vote at general headquarters in the chamber of commerce building on East Second street, The results will be phoned in to headquarters from time to time as the votes are being counted after the closing of the polls and these will be placed on the bulletin board.
