CG—A case brought by the Treasurer of Okla- homa against the Texas company to compel it to pay taxes imposed upon it as a “foreign corporation,” has been dismissed by the supreme court for want of jurisdiction. ‘The Texts company contended that it could be taxed in Oklahoma only as & corporation of that state, because, having entered Indian territory, it was entitled under an act of congress, Derpectually to enjoy the status of a “domestic corporation."
