WHAT HAS KENDRICK ever done for them? NOTHING! THE PACKER BILL was introduced in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES and was passed there under MONDELL’S LEADERSHIP. It then passed the Senate almost without change. A majority of the Republican Senators voted for it and Kendrick joined them.
