Meet in Rawlins. The annual communication of the Grand Lodge of Wyom'ng, A. F.\and A. M., will be held in Rawlins on Sep- tember 13 and 14. ‘The Grand Lodge of the Order of Eastern Star will meet September 11 and 12/in the same city. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Cunningham were hosts last night at a dinner given for Sir Thomas Ermond a prothinent anker of Ireland, Mrs. Charles Kountze of Oriaba, and Governor and Mrs. Rebert D. Carey of Careyhurst. Sir Thomas haw been guest of the Careys for severa! days as has also Mrs. Kountze. Hosts and guests mo tored up to Casper last night and left with the Cunninghars this morning for the Bar C ranch in the Hole in the Wall country. Sir Thomas makes a trip to America and to Wyoming almost every year. He ts an enthusiastic hunter of ‘big game and will probably indulge in that sport before leaving the state. cee Mrs. Dastels Entertains for Guests. Mrs. T. C. Dantels ts entertaining with a pleasant huneheon today for Mrs. Robert F. Staley of Denver and Miss Irene Long of Cheyenne. Mrs. Staley has been the house guest of Mrs. Daniels tor two weeks and is leaving this evening for her Colorado home, Miss Long just arrived this morning from the state capitol and will return that far with Mrs. Staley tonight. . Joint Meeting of Is Successful. The joint meeting of the Natrona Rebekah lodge No. 13 and W. L. Kuy- kendall No. 89 held Thursday, Sep- tember 7, in the I. O. O. F. hali. was declared @ decided success by Sister Edna Taffner, the state assembly president, in whose honor it was called.
